At MadNutra, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for safety and quality assurance reasons.
Refunds (if applicable):

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@madnutra.com with your order number and photo evidence. We’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund.

Unopened products: Refunds may be eligible on unopened products returned within 14 days of delivery, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
